I forgot my security question answers

On the login screen (ic.bdsmktg.com) click the Forgot your Password? link 

1. Enter your username.
2. Click Submit.
3. Attempt to answer ALL of your security questions.
4. After you have answered all questions incorrectly, you'll receive the message, "Your password cannot be reset."  Directly below this message is a link, "Click here to request a password by e-mail", click it.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Click Submit.
7. Your username and a new password will be emailed to you.
