To reset your password, open a web browser and navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com, then follow the onscreen instructions to regain access to your account.
Depending on what methods are available to you, it's important to have registered your mobile phone number and/or Microsoft Authenticator when you initially set up your BDS email account, as this is necessary for self-service password resets.
To verify these settings, visit https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info. However, if you've forgotten your password and haven't set up a mobile device or the Microsoft Authenticator app, you will need to submit a support ticket.
