- Exit out of all M365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- On the computer to migrate, download ODMDesktopAgent.zip
- After download completes, click on "Open file" within your web browser:
- File explorer will launch showing the contents of the zip file. Double-click on "ODMDesktopAgent.bat".
- Click on "Extract all".
- Ensure "Show extracted files when complete" is checked and click on "Extract"
- The extracted file ODMDesktopAgent.bat will be shown in File Explorer. Right click over the file and choose "Run as administrator"
- Click on "More Info"
- Click on "Run Anyway"
- Click on "Yes".
- Click on the Start Menu and Launch "On Demand Migration Desktop Update Agent".
- Once the applications loads, click on "Start" and follow the On-Screen Steps to reconfigure your M365 Desktop Applications.
