After you are sure your OneDrive is working correctly (you sign in with your @bdssolutions.com email and everything is syncing correctly), you will have to reopen your personal OneNote Notebook that has a not syncing correctly (! Triangle) and later "Close" the one that is not syncing once you make sure you got all the recent changes copied over. Teams/SharePoint OneNote Notebooks should not be affected.
First, click the down arrow on the OneNote name (shown above). Now open your notebook by clicking “Open Other Notebooks” from the list.
Select your OneDrive at the bottom…
Choose the correct OneNote Notebook in the root of your OneDrive. More than likely, it is the newest modified one if you see more then one, but you open both to compare.
After you're sure your non-synced notes are copied over to the new synced notebook, right-click on the one Notebook with the issue, and then “Close This Notebook”.
