For some services outside of BDS's control, such as Best Buys', you will still most likely need to use your old BDS email address (@bdsmktg.com) to login.
If you were invited as a guest to another Microsoft 365 tenant in the past, you'll need to use the old address they invited you with, or they'll need to re-invite you using your new @bdssolutions.com address.
